STYLEWRITER QUANTITY ORDERING PROCEDURE
and Site Licensing

Writers SuperCenter LLC — an American, woman-owned, small business — is a registered seller to the U.S. Government as well as to non-governmental organizations, associations, schools, businesses, hospitals, and other institutions, as well as to individuals.  At this page, we offer quantity-purchasing information for StyleWriter Editing Software, CD-ROM or download.

ORDERING METHODS

• credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express)
For orders of fewer than 10 units, you may use the online secure order-form by clicking here. Or, for any quantity, call toll-free 800-589-1022, or see Mail/Fax/Email Instructions.

• electronic funds transfer (through purchase order only; go to Purchase Order Information, the next topic)

Purchase Order information
Purchase orders will only ship after all information is verified and approved by our accounting department (this normally takes less than one business day). All purchase orders must include the following information:

• It must be submitted on official letterhead.
• The product name(s) and the quantities you wish to order.
• Per-unit price and total. Click here for price list.
• Your agency/office name.
• Contact name, phone number and fax number.
• Billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address.
• The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the e-mail address for delivery.
• The method by which you plan to remit payment (we accept all major credit cards, checks, money orders, and electronic funds transfers).
• Name and signature of authorized official.

Purchase orders may be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed (via attachment on Contact Form); see Mail/Fax/Email Instructions, the next topic.

Mail/Fax/Email Instructions

Paying via Snail (Postal) Mail 

If paying via check, credit card, money order, or purchase order, be sure to include your billing address (and shipping address, if different from billing address), phone, email, name of product(s), and amount of payment (see Price List). Credit card order must include credit card number, expiration date, and CCV (the 3- or 4-digit number on back of card). Any payment included should be made payable to "Writers SuperCenter LLC." Paying via FAX

Paying via E-Mail Contact Form

You may send your credit card information or purchase order by attaching it to the online-email Contact Form (click here for contact form). You'll attach your credit card information or purchase order as a digital file (.DOC, .PDF or .JPG format) by using the browse button on the contact form.
