One week until the Oscars. I keep wondering to myself if I ever will have the opportunity to be nominated, in any category, or to even be able to attend the event. If so, how would I feel? What would be going through my head? Last week, on the SAG Awards, James Gandolfini won in his category, and his acceptance speech was very interesting because he said something like "To all those who think you haven't made it yet, enjoy what you have right now because things can get pretty weird later on."
I keep imagining exactly what he meant when he said that. How weird would things get? Could get? Does money really change a person? Or fame? And if it does, can it take away from your talent? These are things I've been thinking about just in general since I've been here. This week, I got very sick for the first time since last year and was stuck inside the house. Still not feeling great, but better.
