Government Ordering Information

Purchase Order information
Purchase orders will only ship after all information is verified and approved by our accounting
department (this normally takes less than one business day). All purchase orders must include the following information:
 It must be submitted on official letterhead.
 The product name(s) and the quantities you wish to order.
 Per-unit price and total. Click here for price lists.
 Your agency/office name.
 Contact name, phone number and fax number.
 Billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address.
 The e-mail address for the order confirmation and invoice and, if different, the e-mail address for delivery.
 The method by which you plan to remit payment ( we accept all major
credit cards, checks, money orders, and electronic funds transfers).
 Name and signature of authorized official.
Purchase orders may be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed (via attachment on Contact Form) per the following instructions:

If paying via check, credit card, money order, or purchase order, be sure to include your billing address (and shipping address, if different from billing address), phone, email, name of product(s), and amount of payment (see Price List). Paying via E-Mail Contact Form
You may send your credit card information or purchase order by attaching it to the online-email Contact Form (click here for contact form). You'll attach your credit card information or purchase order as a digital file (.DOC, .PDF or .JPG format) by using the browse button on the contact form.
