Paul Buscemi is a writer in the Los Angeles area determined to launch his Movie and Television writing career in 2001. After graduating from the USC Cinema School he briefly worked in development. That was a combination worse than icebergs and the Titanic. He then took a staff job in production because it involved international travel and he wanted that experience for his writing. The commitment to production was intense and caused Paul to become a "writing slacker" (never pass on an opportunity to create new industry terminology). During that time, Paul provided Production Sound Engineering for over 60 Reality, Infotainment and News style television shows like Candid Camera, Access Hollywood and Dateline. Sure, that was fun and sometimes glamorous - but it was also like being in steerage class on the ill fated luxury liner. Determined now not to be locked below decks on the sinking ship, Paul has become so serious about his writing career he scares himself.
